Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders over $50.00 within the 48 contiguous states! Free shipping on orders over $75.00 to Alaska and Hawaii! Free shipping will be by USPS Parcel Post. *Heavier items such as chipboard albums do not qualify for free shipping*. Orders under $50 will ship flat-rate for $4.95 to the 48 contiguous states and $7.95 to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping upgrades will be available in the checkout process. International shipping is by weight and offered through USPS Priority Mail International. A Shipping discount of $5.00 will be given for orders over $50.00 to all International locations. Store pick-up available for local customers. We will ship Priority mail whenever possible and recommend upgrading. It does cost a little more, but it is well worth it!
We ship Monday - Friday. There is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Postal holidays. Most Express Mail packages will reach their destination in one delivery day. For Priority Mail packages/envelopes: please allow 2-5 delivery days after notification of shipment. For Parcel Post Mail packages/envelops: please allow up to 14 delivery days after notification of shipment for your package to arrive.
Standard Shipping Times (A $3.00 fee will be charged for expedited shipping):
Express Mail - Orders placed by 12:00 pm (MST) will receive same day shipping.
Priority Mail - Orders generally ship within 24 hours.
Parcel Post Mail - Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours.
Holiday Shipping Times (Late November - Early January):
Express Mail - Orders placed by 12:00 pm (MST) will receive same day shipping.
Priority Mail - Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours.
Parcel Post Mail (Flat-Rate) - Orders generally ship within 48-72 hours.
Please also be aware that delivery times will slow as well due to increased holiday traffic through USPS. Orders placed after December 4 using flat-rate shipping MAY NOT be received before Christmas. We recommend the Priority Mail upgrade for orders placed after December 4. To ensure delivery by December 24, please place Priority Mail orders no later than December 16 and Express Mail orders no later than December 22.
Please allow for longer processing times during sales, promotions and new releases. Once your order is complete, we will send you an updated email with the date your order was shipped as well as a tracking number. Please remember that if you choose free shipping, it may take a little longer to receive your package.
Return Policy
Unopened items can be returned in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase for store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us prior to sending the item back. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. No returns on Clearance Merchandise.
Backorders/Out of Stock Items
We strive our best to keep inventory on the web site up to date. However, if an item you have ordered is out of stock before we update the website, you will either receive store credit or a refund for the item. We do not place items on backorder.
